We cannot predict the exact waiting times, but we will keep you informed as best we can when you are in the queue.

If I am in the general queue will I definitely get in?

Tickets at the door become available when a spectator decides to leave the venue and their seat becomes vacant. While it is highly likely that you will be able to enter, we cannot guarantee entry to the performance for anyone in the general queue.

Can I leave the performance and give my ticket to a friend so they can enter with it?

The venue can only be re-entered by visitors with a 24-hour ticket or priority ticket. They must show their wristband if they want to re-enter via respectively the priority queue or general queue. The wristband is non-transferable.
