EYE Film Institute Netherlands organises a film night featuring special work by the American Quay Brothers. The identical twin brothers have designed an impressive video background to Louis Andriessen’s new opera Theatre of the World, which premieres at the Holland Festival. The Quay Brothers are known for their mysterious and dark animations, which they create themselves from the sets and the puppets to the handwritten titles. Details of the programme at EYE will be announced at a later date.
