Wheelchair spaces
All halls are wheelchair accessible. If you wish to use a wheelchair space, please inform the Muziekgebouw box office by phone.
Hearing aid
People with hearing disabilities can use our wireless in-ear system. You can pick up this equipment at the cloakroom.
Assistance dogs
Guide dogs or assistance dogs are allowed in the auditorium. Other dogs are not allowed in the building.
Toilet facilities
Facilities include an adapted lift and an adapted toilet.
Accessibility & parking
There are paid disabled parking spaces in the Piet Hein garage directly underneath the Muziekgebouw. If you come by tram, take the road past the Passenger Terminal to the main entrance of the Muziekgebouw on the ground floor.
