Yoeri Albrecht is director of De Balie, center for contemporary arts, politics and culture. From 1994 until 2005 he was political and cultural editor for Vrij Nederland. He is one of the founders of the European Press Prize and a board member of the magazine of Human Rights Wordt Vervolgd and investigative journalism group Bellingcat.
