During Visits, Harrell and his group of dancers share work that is still very much in development – sometimes light and playful, but also driven by emotional intensity. Not a traditional performance, but something raw and intimate. At times, you’ll find yourself standing right next to the performers. Between the Visits, surprise guest artists appear and there’s room for pop-up performances, parties, and workshops.
In these final days, the program remains rich and diverse. What should you absolutely not miss? A dance workshop and performance by Vitor Hamamoto, an installation by Claudia Castellucci, a late-night performance by Marc Vanrunxt, the ‘fake’ book launch of David Bergé’s latest work, and a Sunday brunch featuring poetry and the film Ryuichi Sakamoto | Opus.
Also happening over the weekend is the Professionals Program – an inspiring opportunity for creators, programmers, and arts professionals to come together, attend performances, and exchange experiences.
