Frederike Berntsen

Moderator Frederike Berntsen is a Dutch music journalist. She writes for Het Parool, Trouw and De Groene Amsterdammer, among others, and regularly publishes interviews and background articles in the Concertgebouw's magazine Preludium. In addition to her writing, Berntsen is a regular guest on the radio program Diskotabel on NPO Klassiek, where she discusses and compares new classical recordings as a panel member. She is also active as a jury member for the GrachtenfestivalPrijs, an annual award for young musicians, and was involved in the 2016 and 2023 editions, among others.
