Frank operates from Amsterdam, and is involved in both European, national and regional projects. On a European level, he advises the music sector about European funding and is involved as an expert in the development of Music Moves Europe, the European Commission’s initiative to support the European music sector. On a national level, Kimenai participates in numerous projects, which range from festival management to helping emerging musicians with their careers. Frank feels most at home at the intersection of economy, culture, policy and the social domain. He likes Excel sheets and listens to Black Flag.
