Get yourself acquainted with the culinary cultures of Syria, Chile or China in workshops led by chefs Andrea van Lieshout, Nadia Zerouali & Merijn Tol and Cheu Kam Tung & Soesja Hu (Cooking studio Dun Yong). They will teach you how to prepare beautiful, authentic dishes from one of these countries, all of which are featured in this year’s Holland Festival.
